Ensure it meets platform guidelines, is visually appealing, and free of explicit or offensive content.

Provide a subcategory of the genre to offer more specificity. Example: “Indian Folk” or “Fusion.”

Enter the name of the record label associated with the release. If self-released, use “Independent.” Example: “DivineEpic Records.”

Currently, DivineEpic supports single distributions. This means the release should include only one track.

Select a pricing tier for the release, such as “Standard,” “Budget,” or “Premium.” The pricing affects how the release is marketed on digital platforms.

Mention the date when the release was first published, if it has been previously released. For new releases, this can be the current or future release date. Example: “2024-01-15.”

Enter the phonographic copyright year. This indicates when the release was published. Example: “2024.”

Provide the phonographic copyright line, which credits the producer or copyright holder. Example: “℗ 2024 DivineEpic Records.”

Enter the copyright year for the release content. Example: “2024.”

Provide the copyright line for the release content. Example: “© 2024 DivineEpic Records.”

Add the Universal Product Code (UPC) or European Article Number (EAN), a unique identifier required for digital distribution. DivineEpic can generate this for you if needed.

Indicate the primary language of the release metadata (titles, descriptions, etc.). Example: “Hindi,” “Bengali,” or “English.”

State whether the release contains explicit lyrics or themes. Options: Yes/No.

List the regions where the release will be distributed. Example: “Worldwide” or “India, USA, UK.”

Confirm if the artwork contains explicit imagery. Options: Yes/No.

Indicate if the release is exclusive to a specific platform or distributor. Options: Yes/No.

Specify whether the release has been previously published or distributed. Options: Yes/No.

Upload the final mastered version of the audio file in WAV format (16-bit/44.1 kHz) to ensure the best quality for digital platforms. Make sure the track is free of background noise and any unauthorized content.

Provide the exact title of the track as it will appear on streaming platforms. Ensure it reflects the song’s theme and is easy to search. Example: “Suraj Ki Kirnein.

Include the name of the individual or group responsible for composing the track’s melody and arrangement. Example: “Sahana Deshmukh.

Enter the publisher’s name if the song is published under a company or entity. If self-published, write “Independent.” Example: “DivineEpic Publishing.

Name the producer who oversaw the production of the track. Example: “Rajesh Sharma.

List any other contributors who played a significant role in the track’s creation, such as instrumentalists or sound engineers. Example: “Tabla by Nikhil Mishra.

Enter the phonographic copyright line for the track. Example: “℗ 2024 DivineEpic Records.”

Specify the year the phonographic copyright was established for this track. Example: “2024.

Provide the unique identifier for the track. If you do not have an ISRC, we will assign one for you. Example: “IN-A01-24-00001.
